I recently purchased a vehicle from Motor House Bedford and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The car came with a “fresh” MOT and was supposedly fully serviced and inspected by their in-house team. But from the moment I got it, it was clear that something wasn’t right. There were mechanical issues that no genuine MOT or proper service should have missed. It makes me seriously question the legitimacy of the MOT certificate that was issued. In my opinion, the MOT is either falsified or carried out with zero care or integrity. The supposed service? Just words on paper. Either it was done incompetently, or not at all. What’s even more suspicious is the delay they caused in allowing me to collect the vehicle—stalling until the 3-month period had passed, conveniently putting it outside the window where VOSA can investigate and dispute an MOT. That’s not just poor customer service; it feels deliberately dishonest. Their in-house repairs and servicing are not to be trusted. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're thinking of buying from Motor House Bedford, do yourself a favor: have the car independently inspected, and don’t rely on their paperwork or promises.

We went on a weekend trip to Budapest with a group of friends and booked everything through Stagmadness — and honestly, I can’t recommend them enough! Communication was smooth from the very beginning. You get your own personal page where you can see all the details: what’s included, the costs, and how to make the payment. After that, Marta helped us with all the planning and made sure we were fully prepared for the trip. Once we arrived in Budapest, we were assigned a personal guide — Adel — and she truly made the experience amazing. Adel was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond, and clearly knew what she was talking about. She gave us great advice on what to watch out for as tourists, the best nightlife spots, and the best times to do certain activities. Thanks to her, we had an unforgettable weekend. Everything was super well-organized, and looking back, it was all just perfect. Huge compliments to Adel — she really went above and beyond!

I just returned from the Epic Indonesia trip with Snorkel Venture, and I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Everything—from the planning to the execution—was seamless and thoughtfully curated. The trip took us through some of the most stunning underwater landscapes I've ever seen. Crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and an abundance of marine life made every snorkel session feel like swimming through a living aquarium. We saw manta rays, turtles, reef sharks, and countless colorful fish—it was like a dream. What really set this trip apart was the Snorkel Venture team. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about marine life and conservation. He made everyone feel safe, comfortable, and part of the adventure, regardless of experience level. Accommodations were comfortable and well-located, and the food was delicious.

Ordered the Mia Ottoman Double Bed on 7th April, I paid £24 for express shipping to come on 17th April. I heard nothing about the item being dispatched. I had an email on 13th after contacting them several times to say the item was out of stock but the stock had been allocated to us before it went out of stock and would be delivered soon. 17th came and I’d heard nothing, online chats were saying to allow 72 hours for warehouse to contact back. It’s now 22nd April and I’ve been told the item is out of stock and it won’t be despatched.

The ordering process is ridiculous. My dad (from Spain) was going to buy a mitre saw. 2 times his Spanish card was accepted, then the order cancelled. Then my husband paid for the order with his UK Yonder card. The order gets cancelled again. I call the support, they say our address is now marked as fraudulent as we ordered similar items to the same address multiple times. Sure we do, cause you cancel the orders after accepting them. What kind of checkout process is this? Wasted 2 days trying to place an order. What a joke.

I'm writing on behalf of my partner,she saw a ad on YouTube, so ordered the patches at £18.38,her confirmation came through from her bank within 10min with an extra £38,she checked the order and it had a knee brace on,she contacted them via email within 30mins cancelling the order,they have just responded with an email saying she has ordered 1 x box at £18 Inc P.P and a further 3 boxes totalling another £38,I have checked out some reviews it seems this company are scamming people"BE WARNED"

Fantastic service, had great communication from the team, both from the sales team when buying and on the delivery day, the guys (Alex and Jakob) even called me an hour beforehand to let me know they were en route and to clarify exactly where it would go etc. to ensure smooth delivery (we’re in a townhouse so had to go upstairs). They were polite, professional and the whole thing was done with both sofas in and working in 20 minutes. Brilliant example of how to operate. Thank you!

Buying an investment furniture sofa online made me a little nervous. The specs seemed too good to be true. However, I couldn’t have been more happy on delivery day (early too!). Very comfortable lounge(y) sofa with great quality leather. Very happy with purchase and I’d recommend. Customer support was great from sales, delivery, and after purchase.

Carla car rental app is a total rip off. Carla took $150 upfront and referred me to a remote rental company in Dublin who then demanded $250 for car insurance. I refused and rented from PayLess. Carla then refused to refund my $150 payment citing cancellation policy. Don’t use Carla app, go directly to rental companies.
